These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of OrganicRanker.co.uk (the "Platform"), operated as a content placement marketplace connecting website publishers ("Publishers") with content buyers ("Buyers"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Platform

OrganicRanker is a marketplace that facilitates connections between Publishers offering content placements, link insertions, and press release distribution, and Buyers seeking to purchase those services. OrganicRanker is not a party to the content agreements between Buyers and Publishers — we provide the platform, payment facilitation, and dispute support, but the underlying service (writing, publishing, content placement) is performed directly by the Publisher.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Accounts may be used as a Buyer, a Media Partner, or both — enabling a second role on your account does not require creating a separate account.

3. Publisher Obligations

• Listings must accurately represent the site's actual metrics (traffic, Domain Rating, niche) at the time of submission.
• Content must be delivered within the agreed turnaround time and meet the specifications stated in the order brief.
• Published links must remain live for a minimum of 12 months from the publish date, unless otherwise agreed with the Buyer.
• Publishers may not list sites that primarily host adult content, illegal content, malware, or content that violates applicable law.
• All site submissions are subject to manual review and may be rejected or removed at OrganicRanker's discretion.

4. Buyer Obligations

• Buyers must provide a clear, complete content brief at the time of ordering.
• Content briefs and target URLs must not request content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on third-party rights.
• Buyers should review delivered content within a reasonable time and either confirm delivery or raise a dispute.

5. Payments & Fees

Payments are processed through our third-party payment provider (Whop). OrganicRanker's platform margin is included in the price displayed to Buyers and is not deducted from Publisher payouts — Publishers receive the full amount they listed for an order, less any processor charges applied by Whop itself. Funds for an order are held until the Buyer confirms delivery, at which point they are released to the Publisher, typically within 7 days.

6. Disputes & Refunds

If a Buyer is not satisfied with a delivery, they may open a dispute through their Buyer Portal before confirming the order. OrganicRanker will review the dispute and may issue a full refund, partial refund, request republishing, or deny the dispute, depending on the circumstances and evidence provided by both parties. 7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Platform to: circumvent platform fees by arranging payment outside the Platform after being connected through it; submit fraudulent traffic or metric data; engage in any form of payment fraud; scrape or harvest data from the Platform; or use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

8. Intellectual Property

Content created for a Buyer as part of a paid order belongs to the Buyer upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed. The OrganicRanker name, logo, and platform design remain the property of OrganicRanker.

9. Limitation of Liability

OrganicRanker provides the Platform "as is" and does not guarantee specific SEO results, rankings, or traffic outcomes from any content placement, link insertion, or press release purchased through the Platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OrganicRanker's liability for any claim arising from use of the Platform is limited to the amount of fees paid by you in the preceding 3 months.

10. Account Termination

OrganicRanker reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to other users of the Platform.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
